  • Healthy Eating Education for Children

The food I eat supports both my health
and the well-being of the Earth

Healthy Eating Education for Parents & Teachers empowers
children to understand and practice sustainable eating.
Through 'Taste Education,' they discover the natural flavors
of food. 'Nutritional Balance Education' teaches them
how to eat a variety of foods, and 'Food Label Awareness
Education' helps them identify and choose healthy foods.
    Additionally, 'Animal Welfare Education' introduces
sustainable eating habits that positively impact individuals,
    animals, and the Earth's environment.

  • Healthy Eating Education for Parents & Teachers

The health of children begins with the healthy eating
    habits of their parents.

We provide Healthy Eating Education for Parents & Teachers
for parents, teachers and university students, who are the
educators of the future. Through the principles and
practices of the 'GL (Glycemic Load)' Healthy eating habits,
starting with leaders in homes and schools, drive positive
change for children and society, shaping a better future
    for the next generation.

  • Healthy Eating Education for Seniors

The quality of life is just as important as the length of life.

In response to the aging society, we offer education aimed
at improving the healthy lifespan of seniors by promoting
lifestyle changes across 'diet, exercise, and sleep'.
Beyond lifestyle improvements, we support seniors in leading
a vibrant life through physical activities, personalized nutrition
counseling, and the provision of health supplements.
Healthy Eating Education for Seniors began in the rural
villages of Eumseong, where Pulmuone's factory is located,
and is gradually expanding to urban areas.

  • Kimchi & Kimjang Education

Let's explore our unique cuisine and the wisdom
    of our ancestors.

The Kimchi School is an educational program
where participants can learn about and experience
    'Kimchi,' Korea's representative traditional food,
and the Kimjang culture, recognized as a UNESCO
    Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
This program is designed for children, multicultural families,
    foreigners, and individuals with disabilities.
Through the Kimchi School, participants can taste
and make Kimchi themselves, becoming more familiar
with it while gaining insights into the wisdom of our ancestors.

  • Global Healthy Eating Education

Korea's Healthy Eating Steps Forward to the Global Community.

To address the severe nutrition issues in Afghanistan,
we are promoting the 'Soybean Food Culture Development
Project,' which focuses on distributing plant-based high-protein foods like tofu.
This initiative aims to help Afghan children suffering
from severe malnutrition by introducing Korea's soybean food culture.
The Pulmuone Foundation plans to establish tofu factories
that can be operated by local residents and develop
tofu recipes tailored to local tastes, spreading a healthy
    soybean food culture across Afghanistan.
